March 7 opponents take shelter to political tactics: Quader

PBC News: Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader on Sunday said those who once had banned the March 7 speech are now celebrating the day by taking shelter to political tactics and have taken the initiative to celebrate the golden jubilee.

Quader, also the Road transport and Bridges minister, told reporters after paying homage to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi-32 in Dhaka in the morning along with party leaders and activists, on the occasion of the historic March 7.

He said Bangabandhu’s ‘Sonar Bangla’ will be built by defeating all the evil forces of Bangladesh.

The AL general secretary further said, “Our oath today is to unite all the pro-liberation forces under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina and defeat all the evil forces including communalism and build the ‘Sonar Bangla’ dreamt by Bangabandhu.”
