Bangladesh decorated with to welcome Modi
Some important roads and structures in the capital have been decorated colourfully. A gate has been set up to welcome the Prime Minister of India.

Road poles, buildings and walls are filled with banners and festoons with Modi’s pictures. Indian Premier’s pictures are also being adorned with flowers in the aesthetic sculptures on the roads. “Welcome to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi”, was written boldly in various places.
State premiers and heads of governments heads of various countries including India were invited at the 10-day-long programme marking the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the golden jubilee of Bangladesh’s independence.
The primers of four countries have already visited Bangladesh. While many others sent video massages as they could not be present due to the COVID-19 situation.
The Indian premier will participate in the final day of the programme.
The relation between the two neighbouring countries is so deep because of India’s assistance during the Bangladesh liberation war, mutual trade and commerce and exchange of cultural troupes.
For that good relationship, the appreciation is little more to the Prime Minister of that country. And Bangladesh has taken all preparations to welcome him.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will receive her Indian counterpart Narendra Modi at the VVIP Tarmac of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport upon his arrival by a special flight at about 10:30pm on Friday.
There, the Indian Prime Minister will receive a 19 gun salutes and will be given a guard of honour.
