Quader Mirza announces resignation from AL

PBC News: Noakhali’s Basurhat municipality mayor Abdul Quader Mirza has announced to resign from his position at Companyganj upazila Awami League. He made the announcement on facebook live at 12 noon on Wednesday.

Quader Mirza, also younger brother of the ruling Awami League (AL) General Secretary Obaidul Quader, said,”I want to say goodbye after fulfilling those pledges I gave previously.”

Mirza also said that he would cooperate the upazila AL committee from behind.
