24 more Hefazat men arrested in B’baria
PBC News: Police claimed to have arrested 24 more activists of Hefazat-e-Islam from Brahmanbaria over the attack, vandalism and violence in Brahmanbaria during March 26-28.

The arrests were made during various drives conducted by police in different areas of the district in 24 hours from Thursday morning till Friday morning.
Among the arrested persons, 16 are important leaders of BNP,Jamaat and Hefazat, police said.
In a press release,issued by the district police on Friday, the accused were identified after reviewing the video footage and still photographs.
Police said 54 cases have so far been filed with different police stations in this regard.
The Hefazat men staged demonstrations in Brahmanbaria on March 26-28 against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Dhaka.
