3 found dead in Tangail’s Ghatail

PBC News: Police recovered three bodies, including two women, from a house at Kashtola village under Ghatail upazila in Tangail district on Saturday morning.

A five-year-old child was also found injured and sent her to a nearby hospital.

Two of the deceased were identified as Jomela Begum, 65, wife of late Hazrat Ali, her daughter-in-law Sumi Begum, 26.

Regarding the matter, Dighor union parishad chairman Abul Kalam Azad Mamun said the bodies of a woman, her daughter-in-law and youth were recovered from the house at about 9:30am.

Ghatail Police Station OC Azaharul Islam said, “The condition of injured child is critical. The law enforcers are investigation the incident.”
