পাকিস্তান গণ পরিষদের সাবেক বিধায়ক বাবু ধীরেন্দ্রনাথ দত্তকে বাঙালী জাতির পিতা ঘোষণার দাবি জানালেন সাউথ কলিকাতা কলেজের সাবেক অধ্যক্ষ জনাব খগেন্দ্রনাথ অধিকারী। ভারত সহ বিশ্বের সকল বাংলাভাষী মানুষের মাঝে এই মুভমেন্ট কিংবা আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়ার ঘোষণা দিলেন ধীরেন্দ্রনাথ দত্ত স্মৃতি আন্তর্জাতিক পরিষদ। তাদের দাবি আদায় না হওয়া পর্যন্ত জাতিসংঘ সহ সব জায়গায় একযোগে আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়া হবে বলেও জানালেন কমিটির আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয়ক সম্পাদক নিউইয়র্ক প্রবাসী হাজি নুরুল ইসলাম।
