Several politicians, bureaucrats make ‘irresponsible’ remarks: Quader

PBC News:  Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader has observed that several political leaders and government officials have been making “irresponsible and reckless” remarks.

“Irresponsible remarks are not desirable from any responsible individual whether he belongs to politics or administration. It has been observed that some politicians and senior officials of the administration are making remarks at meetings and seminars crossing their limits, which is not decent at all,” he said while briefing reporters at his official residence in the capital on Friday morning.

Requesting to take their surroundings into account, Quader said there are specific limits for all including politicians or government officials. It is imperative that all should follow their respective limits strictly.

The ruling party leader said, “Overenthusiastic and unnecessary remarks of some of us can convey a wrong message to people’s mind, which is not beneficial for the country at all.”
