DU ‘Ga’ unit result published, pass rate 21.75%
PBC News: The admission test result of Dhaka University (DU) ‘Ga’ unit were published on Tuesday with a pass rate 21.75 per cent.
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman formally announced the result at 12 noon at the Professor Abdul Matin Chowdhury virtual classroom.
A total of 5,079 students passed in the test out of 23,347 candidates against 1,250 seats. The fail rate is 78.25 per cent.
The admission test was held on October 22.
Notre Dame College student Arafat Samir Abir achieved the first position getting highest score of 106 number while Dhaka City College student took the second position with 102.75 marks.
Kazi Hasna Hena, student of Adamjee Cantonment College, secured the third position in the test with 101.25 number.
The result will be available on the university website admission.eis.du.ac.bd or through mobile SMS.
The successful candidates will have to choose preferred subject through the admission website between November 28 and December 5.
