BNP announces four-day march in Dhaka ‘to restore democracy’
PBC NEWS DESK: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) on Thursday announced a four-day march programme in Dhaka from January 28 to February 1 to restore “democracy in the country.”
The party’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement at a press conference at the BNP’s Nayapaltan office.
Mirza Fakhrul said their march aims at realising 10-point demand including to oust the present government from power.Dhaka South City BNP will march from Jatrabari to Shyampur on January 30 and from Mugda to Malibagh on February 1.
On the other hand, Dhaka North city BNP will march from Shahjadpur to Abul Hotel on January 28 and from Gabtoli to Mirpur 10 intersection on January 31.
