তুরস্কের পুলিশ মোসাদের সাতজনকে আটক করেছে, যারা তুরস্কে গোয়েন্দাগিরি করেছিলেন। এই ঘটনায় একজন তুর্কি বেসরকারি গোয়েন্দা সদস্যও অন্তর্ভুক্ত। এই সংঘর্ষের পর গ্রেফতার ব্যক্তিদের পুলিশি হেফাজতে আছে। পুলিশ আগ্রহী কারণে এই ঘটনার অধিক বিস্তারিত জানানোর মধ্যে।

তুরস্কের পুলিশের অনুমান অনুসারে, মোসাদের মুখে কাজ করা গোয়েন্দা সদস্যরা মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের বিভিন্ন কোম্পানি এবং ধনাঢ্য ব্যক্তিবর্গের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে ইসরায়েলি গোয়েন্দা সংস্থা মোসাদের কাছে অর্থের বিনিময়ে বিক্রি করে দেওয়ার সন্দেহ আছে। পুলিশের বিশ্বাস, এই বিষয়ে বিচার প্রক্রিয়া শীঘ্রই সম্পন্ন হবে।

তুরস্কের গোয়েন্দা সংস্থা মওসাদের কাছে তথ্য পাচারের সাধারণ উপায় হিসেবে ট্র্যাকিং ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করা এবং এই তথ্যের আধারে ব্যক্তিদের উপর নজরদারি করা।

তুরস্কের সীমান্তের অভ্যন্তরে গুপ্তচরবৃত্তি এবং সমসাময়িক কার্যকাণ্ডের ক্ষেত্রে কোন মৌলিক অধিকার মেনে নেওয়া হবে না, বলে জানিয়েছে তুরস্কের সরকারের প্রতিষ্ঠান।

ইসরায়েলের কাছে তুরস্কে মোসাদের এই কাজের ঘটনা অপ্রীতিকর এবং তাদের উপর এখনো কোনো প্রতিক্রিয়া নেই। ইসরায়েল সরকারের প্রতি এই অভিনব পথের প্রতিপাদনের বিষয়টি আলোচনা করা হচ্ছে।
