Cricfrenzy reports there is nothing new about the role of Shakib Al Hasan in Bangladesh cricket. His contribution to the country’s cricket is unbelievable. He has performed equally with bat and ball. But Shakib also has to stop one day. He referred he might play for another three or four years, maximum six years.
34 years old Shakib said “I know, I will be the best president in the history of the BCB and I believe it’s possible. If I can go to any position in BCB ever, I think no one else in Bangladesh will be able to do anything like me. Of course, if I am with cricket after retirement and the chance to become the president of the BCB, I would definitely like to take the job.”
Abdur Razzak recently retired from cricket and took over as selector, while Shahriar Nafees has joined the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB) game development program.
