HC again summons PK Haldar
PBC News: The High Court has again summoned Proshanta Kumar Halder (PK Halder), the disgraced director of the International Leasing and Financial Services Ltd. (ILFSL), and 128 people over loan scam case.
The HC asked them to appear before it at 10:30am on May 24 and 25.
An HC bench of Justice Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order.

The court also issued a rule asking as to why the ACC should not be given directives to show cause the persons and institutions concerned for not refunding the money after taking from the ILFSL.
It asked the people concerned to reply to the rule within next two weeks.
