Woman gang-raped in Khulna with husband tied up, 4 sued
PBC News: A woman was allegedly violated by four men in front of her husband in Khulna city on Friday night. The victim woman is currently undergoing treatment at the one-stop crisis centre of Khulna Medical College and Hospital.
She filed a case with Khanjahan Ali Police Station under Women And Children Repression Prevention Act mentioning the name of four person, said OC Prabir Kumar Biswass.
The alleged crime occurred around 10.30 pm near Tetultala railway crossing in Khanjahan Ali locality of Khulna city, when the couple was passing through the area.
Four men forcibly dragged the couple to a garage in the area. They, later, tied up the man with a rope and raped the 27-year-old woman in front of him.
The four accused are Quamrul, Jibon, Summon and Ala.
“Efforts are on to nab the perpetrators of the heinous crime,” the police official said.
