Bomb-like objects recovered near US Embassy Dhaka !

Bangladesh police recovered Some bomb-like objects on the road near the annex building of the United States Embassy in Dhaka on Wednesday.

Sudip Kumar Chakraborty, deputy commissioner (Gulshan Zone) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police said that the incident happened around 5:00pm.

He said that two unidentified men left a bag containing the objects and ran away quickly.

Police said local people informed them as they thought there might have bombs in the bag and the matter was informed to the bomb disposal unit of the police.

Police cordoned off the area, said an official of the Bhatara police station.
